At borsheims.com, our customers tell us that the hardest part about shopping is waiting for their items to arrive. So, we take great care to ensure that the items selected are carefully packaged and shipped to arrive exactly as you anticipate.
general shipping & Handling guidelines
— To ensure the utmost security and expediency, borsheims.com utilizes Federal Express as its primary carrier, as well as the U.S. Postal Service.
— For security purposes, please be aware that all items from a single order may not arrive in the same package on the same day.
— If an item is not currently in stock, we provide you with the forecasted delivery date.
— Overnight shipping can be accommodated if the order is received before 2 pm Central Standard Time Monday – Thursday. All overnight orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
— Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, but it is not available in all areas. Please contact email@example.com or call 1-800-642-GIFT for delivery details.
— Special shipping rates and time-frames apply to jewelry orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. For details, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-642-GIFT.
— Orders will ship out the day of the purchase if placed before 2PM CST with the exception of jewelry orders that require shop work. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
— A.P.O. and F.P.O. Orders
Shipping jewelry to APO & FPO addresses is done through Registered Mail with the U.S. Postal Service. Therefore, these orders typically take longer for delivery and we are unable to provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you have already sent packages to A.P.O and F.P.O. addresses in the past, you can expect your borsheims.com order to arrive in the same amount of time.
If you return a jewelry or gift department item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Watches may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of sale with proof of purchase. Watch merchandise must be in new condition and be accompanied by the original box, paperwork and all associated components (links, screws, bracelets, straps and buckles). Any missing or damaged components will void the refund.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Borsheims store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing. To return an item, simply complete the packaging slip/merchandise return form included with your package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number or email address and your original form of payment. Send to:

Please return your package using your carrier of choice. Borsheims recommends using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Overnight services. Please send the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase. If this should happen, please call our shipping office at 800-91-OMAHA (66242) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for procedures on returning the item. Damaged items require the original packaging.
